When the calculator produces an answer, it stores one row with six values and a timestamp:

the two airports, whether it is one booking or separate tickets, which part of the day you land in, the verdict, and the language of the page.

The time of day is stored as a band — night, early morning, morning, midday, evening or late — never the actual time you typed. Your flight times stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere.

The purpose is narrow: we need to know which questions people actually bring here, so the tool covers them. This site is new and has no other way of finding that out.

No IP address, no browser or device identifier, no cookie, no session or visitor ID, no referrer, no flight number, no exact time. The server rejects a request that contains any of those fields instead of quietly dropping them. Nothing in these records can be traced back to a person, so there is nothing here to hand over, sell or lose.

Because the rows identify nobody, they are kept without a deletion schedule. If that ever changes — if we add anything that could identify you — this page changes first.

Like every web server, the machine that serves this site keeps standard access logs, and those do contain IP addresses. They exist to diagnose faults and abuse; we do not build profiles from them and do not connect them to the records above.

There is no analytics service, no advertising network, no social widget and no embedded tracker on this site. When we link out to an airline, an airport or a transport company, that is an ordinary link — we send them nothing about you, and their pages have their own rules.

We do look at aggregated search statistics that Google Search Console reports for this domain. Those are counts of queries and clicks with no user data in them, and we cannot see individuals there either.
